How to Connect with Your Agents Using Bulk Invitations

Connecting with your recruitment partners is a key part of setting up your Trainhub account. Agents need to be connected to your institution in order to access your trainings—and receive certificates for completing them.

If you’re looking to invite a large number of agents at once, the Bulk Invitations feature is your go-to tool. Here’s how it works:


Step 1: Switch to Admin View

First, make sure you’re logged in to your Trainhub account and switched to Admin View.

There are two ways to access your Connections page:

Option 1:

  • Hover over the green navigation bar on the left
  • Click ManageConnections
  • Select Invite others to follow you

Option 2:

  • Click on the Market Manager tab at the top of the screen
  • Click Manage, then select Connections from the dropdown
  • Choose Invite others to follow you

Step 2: Select “Bulk Invitations”

Once you’re on the Invite Others to Follow You page, go to the Bulk Invitations tab.

This is the best option when you want to invite a large group of agents in one go.


Step 3: Prepare and Upload Your List

To send bulk invitations, you’ll need to upload a CSV file with at least these three columns:

  • First Name
  • Company Name
  • Email Address

Click Browse to upload your file, and then click Bulk Invite.

Just like with single invitations, each agent will receive an email with a unique link to connect with your institution. If they haven’t registered yet, they’ll be guided through the sign-up process before the connection is finalized.


What Happens After They Join?

Once your agents accept the invitation and are connected, they’ll gain access to:

  • Your institution’s landing page
  • Your full training library
  • Training completion certificates
