Keeping your account secure is important! If you forget your password or simply want to change it, follow these easy steps.
If You Forgot Your Password:
- Go to trainhub.com.
- Click on Sign In.
- Click on “Forgot Password”, located below the email and password fields.
- Enter the email address you used to register and click “Reset”.
- You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
Once your password is reset, you can sign in as usual.
If You Want to Change Your Password:
- Sign in to your Trainhub account.
- Hover over your name in the top-right corner of the screen.
- A window will pop up—select “My Profile”.
- Under “Account Settings”, scroll to the bottom to find the password update option.
- Enter your current password and your new password.
- Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
