Now that you have a basic understanding of the Trainhub platform, you’re ready to explore its features in more depth. Let’s start with your User View!
Whether you’re logging in as an institution or an agent, the User View remains the same. When you first log in, you’ll land in The Academy. This is where you can access all available training sessions, which are organized into four categories:
- All Training
- My Organization’s Favorites
- Training Made By My Connections
- Training Made By My Organization
Let’s break down each section:
1. All Training
Here, you’ll see a complete list of all training available to you. You can:
✔ Use the search bar to find specific training sessions.
✔ Apply filters to sort by progress, language, country, and city.
2. My Organization’s Favorites
This section displays the training sessions your employer or organization has marked as favorites.
- If you’re logging in as a user from an institution, you’ll see the training that your institution has selected as essential for you.
- If you’re an agent user, you’ll see training that your employer has marked as favorites.
- If you have an Admin role, you can mark specific training sessions as favorites for your staff/employees—these will appear under “My Organization’s Favorites.”
3. Training Made By My Connections
This tab is only applicable to agencies.
- Agencies can view training created by institutions they are connected with on Trainhub.
- If you’re a school user, you likely won’t see any content here unless your institution has connected with others.
4. Training Made By My Organization
This tab contains all training courses created by your organization or employer.
Trainhub Ecosystem – Additional Training
At the bottom of The Academy page, you’ll find a section featuring training sessions from the Trainhub Ecosystem.
- These courses are publicly available and created by organizations worldwide and Trainhub itself.
- Keep an eye out for new training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends in international recruitment.
My Organization’s Resources
On The Academy page, you’ll also find a “My Organization’s Resources” button.
Clicking this will take you to your organization’s landing page, where you can access:
- Training made by your organization
- Social media links
- Useful resources
- Other handy tools to support your learning experience
Note: The availability of these features depends on your organization’s profile setup and the access permissions granted to each user.
