Connecting with your recruitment partners is a key step in setting up your Trainhub account. Your agents will only be able to access your trainings—and earn certificates—once they’re officially connected to your institution.
In this article, we’ll walk you through how to invite your partners, what they need to do, and a few tips to make the process smooth for everyone.
Before You Start: Make Sure You Have Training Content
Before inviting agents to connect, be sure you’ve published at least one training. That way, when agents log in and land on your page, they’ll have something to engage with right away.

How to Connect with Your Recruitment Partners
Once your training content is ready to go, it’s time to invite your recruitment partners to connect with you on Trainhub. Here’s how the process works:
Step 1: Agencies Register on Trainhub
Your agency partners will first need to create a free account on Trainhub.
They can do this by visiting trainhub.com and clicking “Register” in the top-right corner. They will need to select the agency option and follow the steps.

Already registered? If the agency already has a Trainhub account, they can skip this step.
Step 2: Agents Register Using Their Work Email
Once the agency is registered, individual agents can sign up under their agency.
It’s very important that they use their work email address (the one that matches their agency’s domain).
Using a work email ensures the platform connects them to the correct agency. If they use a personal email, reporting and visibility will be affected.
Step 3: Invite Agents to Connect
Once registration is complete, you’ll need to invite agents to connect with your institution.
This is what actually gives them access to your training content.
You can invite agents in one of three ways:
- Single Invitations – for inviting one or a few agents
- Bulk Invitations – upload a list to invite many at once
- Access Codes – a simple code agents can use to connect
To send invitations:
- Log in and switch to Admin View
- Hover over the green left-hand menu
- Click Manage → Connections
- Select Invite Others to Follow You
- Choose your invitation method

Important Reminder
Registering on Trainhub does not automatically give agents access to your training. They must accept your invitation or enter your access code to view your content.
Once connected, they’ll be able to:
- Access your landing page
- Take your trainings
- Earn certificates of completion
