Inviting Your Team to Connect With You

Whether you want to give your staff access to training, assign internal learning, or have them assist with agent training, there are three easy ways to invite your team to join you on Trainhub:

1. Registration Using a Work Email Domain (Recommended)

The simplest and most automated way to connect your team is to have them register on Trainhub using their official work or institution email address.

Steps:

  • Go to trainhub.com
  • Click Register in the top right corner
  • Enter your work email address and follow the instructions

Important:
Your staff must use an email with your organization’s domain (e.g., @youruniversity.edu). This is how Trainhub automatically links users to your institution profile. If someone registers using a personal email (like Gmail or Yahoo), they won’t be connected to your team, and you won’t see their progress or be able to assign trainings.


2. Send a Single Invitation

Want to invite one—or a few—team members manually? You can send them a direct invite from your admin dashboard.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to Trainhub and switch to the Admin View
  2. Hover over the green navigation bar on the left
  3. Click ManageYour Team

Alternative path:
Click Staff Manager at the top of the screen → ManageYour Team
(Note: What you see may vary depending on your access level.)

  1. Click Invite a New Team Member
  1. Make sure you’re on the Single Invitation tab
  1. Fill in the team member’s First Name, Last Name, and Email
  2. Need to invite more than one person? Click More + to add additional entries
  3. Once done, click Send Invitations

When your team members accept the invite and register, they’ll appear under Your Team list.


3. Send a Bulk Invitation

If you’re inviting a larger group, bulk upload is the way to go.

Steps:

  1. Follow the same path as above to reach Your Team
  2. Click Invite a New Team Member
  3. Switch to the Bulk Invitation tab
  1. Upload a file with your team’s information
  2. Click Browse to upload the file
  3. Then click Bulk Invite

That’s it! Each person will receive a registration email, and once they join, you’ll be able to manage their access, assign training, and track their progress.
