Episodes are the building blocks of your training—they hold your videos, text, quizzes, files, and other interactive tools.
Here’s how to add episodes step-by-step:
Step 1: Go to the Training Content Section
Make sure you’re in the Content Manager and that you’ve already:
- Created a new training
- Completed the Training Settings
- Selected your Training Audience
- Created at least one chapter

Step 2: Add an Episode
In the Training Content area, click “Add Episode +”.
You’ll find this option:
- Right below the chapter title in the main area, or
- On the left-side Training Content menu
Step 3: Name Your Episode
A window will pop up—type in your episode title and click “Create”.
Step 4: Choose the Episode Type
You’ll now choose what type of episode you want to build:
- Content – for videos, text, images, files, and other media
- Quiz – for adding assessments
For Content Episodes:
- Select “Content” from the menu on the left.
- Choose the type of content to include:
- Video
- Image
- Text
- File
- Confirmation Tool
- Drop-down Menu
- Call to Action
- Interactive Table Tags
- Overlays
- Video
- Click on your desired content type and upload or create your content.
- Be sure to click “Save”.
- To return to the main Training Content page, click the arrow at the top left.
Don’t forget to click “Save draft” often to keep your progress safe!
For Quiz Episodes:
- Select “Quiz” from the episode type options.
- Add your quiz questions and details.
- Click “Save draft” when done.

Step 5: Add More Episodes
You can add as many episodes as you like within each chapter.
