- Selected your Training Audience
- Added at least one chapter
Step 2: Add a New Episode
In the Training Content section, click “Add Episode +”
Give your episode a title and click “Create.”

Step 4: Choose Image as Your Content Type
In the content options, click on “Image”.
Step 5: Fill in the Image Details
On the right-hand side of the page, you’ll see a few fields to fill out:
- Title – Give your image a name learners will recognize.
- Duration – Estimate how long it takes to view the image (in decimal minutes, like 0.5 for 30 seconds).
- Image Orientation – Choose how your image aligns (Center, Left, or Right).
- Image Size – Decide how much space the image should take up.
- Image Columns – Select whether you want one or two image columns side by side.
Step 6: Upload Your Images
Now it’s time to add your images:
- Under Column 1, click “Upload Image” and select a file from your computer.
- Add an optional description underneath to give your learners context.
- If you’re using Column 2, repeat the upload process there too.
Step 7: Save Your Work
Once everything’s ready, click “Save” to add the images to your episode.
You’re Done!
That’s it! You’ve successfully added images to your training. Visual content can go a long way in making your training more dynamic and easier to understand, so don’t be afraid to get creative.
