Want to create dynamic, engaging episodes with more than one type of content? You can totally do that in Trainhub! Each chapter in your training can include multiple episodes, and each episode can be made up of several content blocks—like text, videos, images, and call-to-actions—all in one place.
Let’s say you want to:
- Start the episode with a quick text introduction
- Follow it with a video lesson
- Wrap it up with a downloadable resource
Great idea! Here’s how to build that kind of rich, multi-block episode step by step.
Step 1: Go to Training Content
Make sure you’re in the Content Manager, and you’ve already:
- Created a new training
- Set your Training Settings
- Selected your Training Audience
- Added at least one chapter
Step 2: Add a New Episode
In the Training Content section, click “Add Episode +”
Give your episode a name and click “Create.”
Step 3: Select Your Episode Type
Choose “Content” as the episode type.
Step 4: Add Your First Block — Text
Let’s start with a brief written intro:
- Choose “Text” as your content type
- In the body of the page, write your text
- On the right-hand side, give the block a title and duration
- Click “Save”
Step 5: Add a Second Block — Video
Now let’s add a video to follow the text:
- On the same page, choose “Video” from the content type options
- A new video block will appear right below the text block
- On the right side, give your video a title, choose how you want to upload it (upload a file or use a link), then click “Save”

Step 6: Add Another Block — Call to Action
Want to include a downloadable resource, link, or next steps?
- Select “Call to Action” from the content type list
- Fill in the fields
- Click “Save”
Step 7: Preview Your Episode
At any time, click “View User Preview” (top right corner) to see how your episode will look for your learners.
That’s It!
You’ve now created an episode that includes multiple types of content, all stacked in one smooth flow. Mix and match text, video, images, PDFs, and more to make your training feel organized, helpful, and engaging.
Keep building, and have fun creating awesome learning experiences!
