Creating and publishing a training on Trainhub is simple once you know your way around. Whether you’re building your first course or adding to your library, follow these step-by-step instructions to get started.
Step 1: Log In to Your Trainhub Account
Head over to trainhub.com and sign in with your credentials.
Step 2: Switch to Admin View
Click on “Admin” in the top-right corner of your screen.
Only users with Admin or Content Manager roles can create, edit, and publish trainings.
Step 3: Go to the Content Manager
In the Admin view:
- Click “Content Manager” at the top of the page.
- Then select “Create New Training” to get started.
Step 4: Complete the Training Settings
This is where you set the foundation for your training.
- Training Name (Required): This name will be visible to your audience and printed on their Certificate of Completion.
Pro tip: You can set a custom Certificate Name if you want something different to appear on the certificate. - Description (Optional but recommended): Give your learners a short, clear idea of what they’ll learn and why it matters.
- Cover Image (Required): Upload a visual that represents your training.
- Training Language: Select the primary language of your course.
Click “Save” or “Save & Continue” to move on.
Step 5: Choose Your Training Audience
Decide who will be able to access your training. Your available options depend on your Trainhub plan:
- Freemium plans: Can share content with agents.
- Premium plans: Can share content with both agents and internal staff.
Click “Update” or “Update & Continue” when you’re done.
Step 6: Build Your Training Content
Now for the fun part—uploading your training materials and creating a great learning experience.
Here’s what you can do:
- Add chapters and episodes
- Upload videos
- Include quizzes, text blocks, images, downloadable files, and calls to action
Helpful Tips While Creating Your Training
- Use “View user preview” to see how your training will look to learners.
- Click “Save Draft” often so you don’t lose any work.
- When everything is finalized, click “Save & Publish” to make your training live.
⚠️ Only publish your training once it’s 100% ready. Once published, your audience will be able to access it right away.
