- Set Up Your Agency Profile
This step depends on whether you’re the first person from your agency to register on Trainhub:
If you’re the first person registering:
- Enter your agency’s basic information.
- Upload your agency’s logo.
- Set your Head Office location (country and city).
- (Optional but important!) Add your branch locations—especially if your agency operates in multiple countries. These locations help ensure your team can register under the correct branch.

If your agency is already registered:
- You’ll be asked to select your organization from a list.
- Then, under “Where are you located?”, select the branch you’re affiliated with.
- ⚠️ This will likely be your assigned branch—not necessarily the city you live in.
- If your location isn’t listed, ask your agency administrator to add it.
Click Next to move on.
- Add Your Agency Details
- Here, you can enter optional information that will appear on your agency’s public profile (your landing page). Don’t worry—you can edit this later.

- Choose Your Plan
- Select the plan that fits your company’s needs.

- Verify Your Email
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and follow the link to activate your account.

You’re in! As the first registered user from your institution, you’ll be assigned the Admin role by default. But don’t worry—you can always add or remove admins, invite new users, and manage permissions later.
