Keeping your agency profile updated is super important! Not only will it make sure your information is visible on your agency’s landing page, but it will also enhance your staff and agents’ experience on Trainhub.

Steps to Update Your School Profile
- Log in to Trainhub
- Start by logging in with your credentials.
- Switch to Admin View
- Go to the Admin view by clicking the Admin button at the top-right corner of the page, next to your name.
- Access Your Agency Profile
- Once in Admin view, hover over your name at the top-right corner.
- A window will pop up.
- Click on “My Agency”
- Select “My Agency” from the menu.
- Update Your Agency Profile Information
- You can now update the following details:
- Company Logo: This logo will appear throughout the platform and on completion certificates.
- Name of the company: Double-check that the correct name of your company is displayed here.
- Website: Add your company’s website URL—this will be publicly visible on your agency’s landing page.
- Company Description: Write a brief paragraph describing your agency (this is your chance to highlight what makes your company special).
- Social Media Info: Add your agency’s social media handles (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) if applicable.
- Current Head Location: Enter the location of your head office (Country and City). If you have multiple locations, input your head office here.
- Current Locations: Add any other branches or locations. This will also determine which locations staff can choose when they register on Trainhub. If your staff is in other countries, you can add them here as well.
- Departments: Add the departments your staff will belong to when they register. These departments will be available for them to select during account setup.
- You can now update the following details:
- Save Your Changes
- Once you’ve updated everything, be sure to click Save to confirm your changes!
